Emorragia Sotto-Congiuntivale
A sub-conjunctival haemorrhage is one of a number of causes of a 'red eye'. It is caused by a small bleed from tiny blood vessels behind a clear layer of skin called the conjunctiva. It causes no pain or vision loss. Sub conjunctival haemorrhages usually change colour as they gradually absorb over two weeks.
